Honda CR-V Type One Sway Bar Upgrade — Less Body Roll, More Confidence
A sway bar upgrade reduces body roll in corners and improves handling confidence. 4M Car Care is an authorised Type One installer — we fit the correct bar for your model.

The CR-V is one of the heavier Honda models and naturally has more body roll than a sedan. Worn sway bar bushings — common on the RW from 90,000 km — cause clunking over bumps. A Type One sway bar upgrade suits owners who want sharper cornering from their SUV.
Repair or upgrade?
Sway bar bushing replacement (OEM rubber, both sides): RM100–RM180 including labour — resolves clunk and restores original ride. Type One sway bar upgrade: stiffer bar that noticeably reduces body roll on CR-V's tall chassis. Authorised installation at our workshop: RM650–RM950 fitted. If your CR-V feels like it sways too much in corners, book a diagnostic drive — we'll advise the right solution.
