Case 1: Alza AV 2022 — D-CVT Service + A/C Regas (78,000 km)
Alza AV 2022, 78,000 km, first owner, family of 5. Complaint: slight CVT shudder at 40 km/h during warm-up. D-CVT fluid last changed at 35,000 km — acceptable. Inspection: fluid colour slightly darkened. Changed D-CVT fluid (RM 280) + system reset. Shudder gone immediately. A/C regas also done (R134a, RM 150) — compressor healthy. Engine oil changed (0W-20 SP, RM 130). Total: RM 560. Engine internals clean — port injection advantage confirmed by clean throttle body inspection.
Case 2: Alza 1st Gen 4AT — ATF + Struts (105,000 km)
Alza 1st gen 1.5L 4AT, 105,000 km: harsh downshifts + bouncy ride. ATF never changed since new. ATF replaced (Dexron III, RM 200) + adaptation reset — shift quality restored. Front struts replaced both sides (oil seeping, RM 500). Engine oil changed. Total: RM 800. Reminder that older Alza 4AT is different transmission from 2nd gen D-CVT — service specs differ.
