VW Arteon DSG DQ381 Fluid Malaysia
Arteon DQ381 7-speed WET clutch DSG: G052182A fluid every 40,000 km — RM 380–580. WET clutch = no judder risk (unlike DQ200). Reliable if fluid maintained. Same as Passat B8 / Golf 7 GTI.

- Spec: G052182A2 (DQ381 wet-clutch 7-speed) — NOT G052182 used in DQ200
- 4MOTION variant: also change Haldex coupling fluid (G060175A2) at same interval
- Interval: every 60,000 km; RM 480–650 for DSG + RM 220–320 Haldex
DSG / ATF Fluid — Not Lifetime in Malaysia
In Malaysia heat, DSG and ZF 8HP ATF fluid degrades faster than in Europe. Dark fluid at 60,000 km signals oxidation. A Arteon gearbox rebuild costs RM 5,000–18,000; a fluid service costs RM 380–700. At 4M Car Care we use VCDS to reset clutch adaptation after any DSG fluid change.
