Aruz 1.5L Engine Oil & SUV Use
The Aruz uses the 1.5L NR-VE engine with a larger oil capacity (~3.7L). Spec is 0W-20 or 5W-30 SN fully synthetic. Being a heavier SUV with occasional off-road use, oil degrades faster — do not exceed 5,000 km intervals. If used for towing or frequent 4WD engagement, consider shortening to 4,000 km intervals. Perodua recommends 0W-20 for best fuel economy.
