Case 1: S70 1.5T — DCT Fluid + Carbon First Service (58,000 km)
Proton S70, 58,000 km: first owner, slight DCT hesitation at low speed. DCT fluid never changed. Proton dealer scan: no faults but adaptation values drifted. DCT fluid change (RM 360) + reset. Hesitation improved immediately. Carbon borescope: early buildup (1mm) — owner opted to do walnut blast now (RM 820) rather than wait for it to worsen. Engine mounts checked: still firm. Total: RM 1,180. Good proactive ownership on a relatively new model.
