Case 1: X90 1.5T 48V — DCT Fluid + BSG Belt Check (52,000 km)
Proton X90, 52,000 km: owner noticed mild DCT hesitation at 15–20 km/h in traffic. Proton dealer scan: DCT adaptation drifted, no fault codes. DCT fluid changed (RM 380) + reset. BSG belt inspected: slight glazing but not yet replacement-due. Owner advised to return at 80,000 km for belt change. Carbon borescope: light buildup — planned walnut blast at 60,000 km milestone. Total this visit: RM 380. Good example of early preventive care on a heavy 48V SUV.
