Longlife Indicator — What It Misses
VW's Longlife indicator monitors engine oil, brake pads, brake fluid, and spark plugs. It does NOT monitor: DSG fluid, 4Motion front or rear differential fluid, haldex coupling fluid, or transfer case fluid.
