Buying a Used Audi A7 Malaysia — Checklist
Used A7 checklist: VCDS air suspension scan (compressor runtime, fault codes). 4G: supercharger boost live data — low boost = poly coupler failing. Air suspension function: drive over bumps, check car doesn't lean. ATF/S-tronic shift quality (cold start). Carbon test (4K): cold idle roughness. Service history with correct oil spec. 48V (4K): fault codes in VCDS 48V module.
A7 Used Car Checklist
- VCDS full scan: engine, ZF gearbox, quattro, DCC/air suspension modules
- Cold start: listen for turbo lag, valve rattle, any misfires
- ZF fluid history: ever changed? Dark fluid = imminent service needed
- Quattro Torsen diff fluid: any records?
- Fastback tailgate: check motorized strut operation, seal condition
Pre-Purchase VCDS Inspection at 4M Car Care
