Golf Mk7 1.4T, 48,000 km: customer reported morning judder from cold, DSG warning light appeared twice. VCDS: DQ200 mechatronic adaptation at wear limit, fluid severely degraded. Treatment: DQ200 fluid (G052182, RM 420) + adaptation reset. Judder reduced ~80%. Owner monitored — no recurrence at 70,000 km. Key: fluid was changed on time — mechatronic saved. Total: RM 420.
Case 2: Golf GTI Mk7.5 — Carbon + DSG (65,000 km)
