Audi A5 S-tronic DSG Fluid Malaysia
A5 8T DQ200 (dry 7-speed): Pentosin FFL-2 fluid every 40,000 km — judder after 60,000 km without service. A5 B9 DQ381 (wet 7-speed): Pentosin FFL-4 or VAG-approved every 60,000 km. Malaysia: RM 600–1,000. Never use generic ATF. DQ200 oil also lubricates the mechatronic — neglect leads to solenoid bore wear and RM 5,000+ repair.

S tronic Fluid — Not Lifetime in Malaysia
Audi once labelled the S tronic dual-clutch gearbox as having lifetime fluid — this has since been revised. In Malaysia's heat, S tronic fluid breaks down faster than in Germany. Dark fluid at 60,000 km indicates oxidation and reduced clutch lubrication. A A5 S tronic rebuild costs RM 8,000–20,000; a fluid service costs RM 400–700.
